A good example of BMV’s strong commitment to improving customer service is the creation of OPLATES.com – a website that hundreds of thousands of Ohioans use each year to renew their vehicle registrations and perform other business transactions with the BMV.

In the 10 years since kbb.com was launched the Internet has become not only an integral part of everyday life, but has also fueled the biggest growth in Kelley Blue Book’s history.

Nearly one out of every three people who buy a new or used car in the United Staes visits the site. According to J.D. Power and Associates’ AutoShopper.com studies, more car-buers use kbb.com than any other three sites combined! The Web site has been named the most visited for eight years in a row. 

As a result of the unprecedented growth, by 2005 the company had outgrown its headquarters and moved again to a new building in Irvine, making its 26th year in the O.C. 

2006 is the 80th anniversiry of Kelley Blue Book. Looking back, it has been an interesting 80 years, for a company that is always looking forward!
